Kango Gift: This one is a fun and quick way for people to send gifts as text message (SMS) vouchers to your friends cell phone. Gift recipients then stop by the store and present their voucher ( on their phone) and redeem their gift. (www.kangogift.com)
KartMe: is an interesting link and list organizer that you can access online line from anyplace from office, home or smart phone. (www.kartme.com)

Survey on the spot: this mobile ( iphone app) and web product allows business to get customers to complete a survey while they are still in store, or right after completing an meal. This gives a business direct, relevant, and immediate feedback from customers. (www.surveyonthespot.com)
